Galaxy Note 8 crushes the flagship competition in the 4K video stabilization test

Lots of reviewers have labeled the Galaxy Note 8 as the best all-round smartphone in the Android flagship space and there is no doubt that there are a lot of things that the 6.3-inch phone has a lot going for it. It comes with a massive screen, beautiful display and design, not to mention features the best ‘off the shelf’ components that money can buy as well as the Samsung-made Exynos 8895 chipset.

It is also the first flagship from Samsung to feature a dual camera, which is something that should have been present in the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, but we’re glad that the company used this upgrade sooner rather than later. Every flagship smartphone these days comes with some form of video stabilization but if you will be paying a small fortune to get your hands on the latest Samsung flagship it better be your money’s worth.

Speaking of money’s worth, lots of people are going to be buying a flagship phone to experience the camera and since high-end phones have become so darn good in the camera department, it will be difficult when making a choice. Luckily, there are some testers who manage to do the job for you, which in turn ends up making your purchase a little simpler than before.

Evan Rodgers tested out four flagship phones, the Galaxy Note 8, iPhone X, Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the Pixel 2. Not sure why the Pixel 2 XL was not added but if you look at the 4K video stabilization test, the Galaxy Note 8 is clearly the winner here. The Pixel 2 comes very close to claiming the crown but if you pay attention to the video, there are some tests in which the Galaxy Note 8 is the clear winner out there.
